How long does it take for my custom glasses to be made?Please allow a three-week production period at our smart factory in South Korea to craft your personalized glasses. Additionally, please add 1-2 more weeks for logistics and customs clearance

Which parts of the frames can be personalized?Several aspects of the frames are tailored to your precise measurements, including the bridge length, the position and angle of the nose pads, and the position and angle of the endpieces. We focus on ensuring a superior fit and effective vision correction. Note that certain aspects, such as the adjustment of the face angle, are not customizable.

What materials are used in the frames?Frame Material: Breezm frames are crafted from a petrochemical material known as PA12 polyamide (nylon), which is heat resistant and chemically stable. It offers high strength, rigidity, and elasticity. Only materials that have obtained FDA and USP certifications are used in our frames. Temple Material: Beta Titanium: This titanium alloy surpasses the performance of pure titanium, offering excellent strength, elasticity, and resilience. It is thin, light, and highly flexible, enhancing wearability. It is also hypoallergenic. Breezm selects high-purity Japanese materials over Chinese alternatives for enhanced safety. Nose Pad Material (Silicone): Silicone, a synthetic polymer made from silicon and oxygen, boasts outstanding physical and chemical durability, stability at high temperatures, and is widely used in various industries and household products. Its lower chemical reactivity makes it ideal for medical applications such as nose pads, which undergo skin irritation tests to ensure safety.

Do you offer lenses for special vision needs?Yes, we provide a broad selection of lenses, including those for progressive vision, astigmatism, and prism correction. Please provide your most recent prescription.

Does Breezm offer eye exams?“Yes, Breezm now offers comprehensive eye exams, collaborating with an optometrist group ‘Eye&I. You can schedule an “Eye Exam” or “Custom Frame Consulting & Eye Exam” appointment with our optometrists at your convenience. If you already have a prescription from your eye doctor, you’re welcome to bring it to us as well.”

How do I request a return or exchange?We offer a 45-day hassle-free policy for exchanges or returns on both prescription and non-prescription orders. If there are issues with the fit, visit us for complimentary adjustments. For issues with the frames or lenses, our opticians can assist with exchanges or refunds. Please contact the store where you purchased the product for all inquiries. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that Breezm does not offer a global warranty. For warranty service outside the US, additional charges apply for roundtrip shipping.

Can I use my FSA or HSA for glasses?Yes, funds from your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) can be used for purchasing prescription glasses. Is Breezm "in-network" for health insurance?We operate as an Open Access practice. Although we don’t directly accept insurance, we can help you submit a reimbursement claim to your vision plan.

Do you share my facial data with anyone?We never share your personal data, including facial scans, with third parties. Your data is used solely to produce your glasses. After you receive and are satisfied with your glasses, you may contact us to have your data permanently deleted.
